Award Tickets:

Please submit all necessary data (name of a person, travel dates (and an alternate one), class of travel, route and membership number) to the Panorama Club office or a Representative office – either via e-mail or over the telephone. Please be sure that you order an award at least 5 working days before the date of travel.

Upgrades:

Book your paid flight first. After your ticket has been issued, please contact the Panorama Club office or any UIA representative office to request for Upgrade.

Please note:

as soon as an award ticket is booked, the corresponding miles will be deducted from your account
awards are not valid on charter flights and code-share flights

Stopover: if you wish to interrupt your journey, one stopover is permitted on either the outbound or the inbound flight

stopover is not allowed on a one-way trip
changing flights in the period less then 24 hours is not considered as a stopover

Open jaw: point of destination can be different from the point of departure; open jaw is allowed in the same award zone
