Check-in & Boarding

The check-in for UIA flights starts 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time and closes 40 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Depending on capabilities of a given airport and/or carrier's rules, the check-in start time and deadline are subject to change.

PLEASE NOTE:
At the airports of Madrid, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, the check-in starts 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time and closes 1 hour before scheduled departure time.
At Barcelona Airport, the check-in starts 2.5 hours prior to scheduled departure time and closes 35 minutes before departure time.

Please note!
At the Kharkiv airport for UIA charter flights check-in starts 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time and closes 1 hour before departure time. .

Early check-in is highly recommended. Your reservation may be cancelled if you fail to check in before the check-in for your flight has been closed, and you may have to buy a new ticket and pay for hotel accommodation if there are no alternative connecting flights.

Make sure that you allow enough time to complete the necessary security checks at the airport, and get to your gate in time.

Boarding

Boarding begins 40 min prior to scheduled departure time. Boarding deadline is 10 min before scheduled departure time.
