If you book far in advance, you get the best prices. The closer your departure, the greater the demand and the lesser your chances of finding a cheap seat.

Flexibility

If your travel dates are flexible and if you can travel midweek or during the low season you’ll get a double bonus: cheaper fares and less congested airports.

Ukraine International Airlines offers its lowest fares on its web site and Best Price Promise to ensure that you can book online and be sure that you’re getting the lowest fares.

At present it is only possible to use the online booking engine to book point-to-point flights operated by Ukraine International and, in some cases, code-share partners using PS flight numbers.

How to Book online

Click image to open in new window!	Step 1 - Book Select the route using the 'From' and 'To' drop down menus. Only valid combinations will be displayed. Choose your preferred Date of Departure and Date of Return. Complete ALL relevant fields. Click 'SEARCH FOR FLIGHTS' button.
Click image to open in new window!	Step 2 - Select Select flights by clicking the relevant button. Select the Fare Type - Lowest, Semi Flexible, Flexible and Business. To view flights/fares on alternate days click 'Earlier Date', 'Later Date'. Select your flights. Click 'Continue' or Click 'Start Again' to enter new details.

If you are booking online for the first time click 'Continue as a Guest'. If you have booked online previously and have a 'Personal Profile' number you may enter it to speed-up the process. Alternatively if you are a member of the Ukraine International Airlines Frequent Flyer programme, Panorama Club, you may enter your membership number. Click 'CONFIRM FLIGHTS' or 'RESELECT FLIGHTS' or 'START AGAIN'

Information marked with an asterisk is mandatory You must supply at LEAST one telephone contact number Enter your e-mail address -if you make a mistake we cannot confirm your booking! Click to 'CONTINUE TO PAYMENT' or 'Start Again' or 'Go Back'
Click image to open in new window!	Step 5 - Payment Complete details for Credit Card Holder. Carefully review the Itinerary -if there is anything wrong click on the 'Go Back' button and start again. Click that you accept Fare Conditions. Click that you authorise payment by credit card. Click the 'PURCHASE NOW' button only once.
Step 6 - Confirmation & Virtual Ticket When your flight is confirmed you will see a 'Confirmation' page with your Booking Reference -this is your Virtual TICKET that you will need to produce at Check-In. You will shortly receive an Itinerary and Receipt by email.
