If there is a problem during the booking process or for some reason your bank card is declined, you will normally see an error message and will be instructed to start again. Unless you receive a confirmation e-mail with a 5 character Booking Reference (Example: R6TH5) you have no reservation and your card will not be debited.

A limited number of newspapers are available for Economy Class passengers.
Requests for financial compensation for costs incurred as a result of lost or damaged luggage can be submitted to the UIA Customer Relations Department. For the automated tracking of your flights you should quote your Panorama Club membership number when making a reservation and present your membership card at the check-in desk before departure, this also applies to partner airlines.
Please note: If you take a flight with our partner Austrian Airlines, TAP Portugal, make sure to fax/mail a copy of the ticket and boarding passes to the Panorama Club office for mileage crediting.
Please note: According to our agreement with AIR FRANCE, KLM, SWISS and Etihad Airways miles for Partner`s flights are credited only if originals of boarding passes and air tickets are presented to Panorama Club office: 201-203, Kharkivske rd., room 716, Kyiv, 02121, Ukraine.
PIN-code is your Personal Identification Number, which you need to access your account via Internet. PIN-code is sent to a member with the confirmation letter via e-mail. If you forgot your PIN-code – click here and you will get one via e-mail. Alternatively, you may contact Panorama Club office.
For Panorama Club members: you can buy an e-Voucher discount using your miles.

• You have entered an incorrect booking reference (please check your booking reference number and try again).
• You have misspelled your family name (please check it and try again).
• You do not have a confirmed booking (please make sure that you have a confirmed booking).
• You do not have a ticketed booking (please verify if your booking is ticketed).
• In your reservation, you requested to travel as an unaccompanied minor or have indicated certain medical needs or a need for special assistance. Due to special servicing you require, please proceed directly to the airport to complete your check-in procedures.
• Your travel group may be too large. Currently, web check-in is available to up to 9 adult passengers travelling together. Please proceed directly to the airport to complete your check-in procedures.
• Occasionally, our flights may not be open for check-in due to operational requirements. We are sorryfor any inconvenience caused. Please try again later.
- passengers under the age of 18 who are travelling without passengers aged 18 years and over;
- passengers who have indicated a need for special assistance, service or with medical assistance to be provided;
- passengers travelling as part of a group of 10 or more people;
- passengers travelling with an infant (infants).
Of course, we accept bank transfer payments, as well as payments by American Express, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Visa credit or debit cards. Remark: payment via bank transfer is only available on the territory of Ukraine.
You can buy UIA tickets using a Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or American Express card. Please note: cardholders of Visa Gold, Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite will receive a 7%-discount in economy class and a 10%-discount in business class when buying tickets on our website, flyUIA.com.
