UIA launches new service – online check in for charter flights
On June, 15 Ukraine International Airlines extended the scope of online check in – this service is now available for charter flights passengers departing from Boryspil International Airport in Kiev.

UIA carries exotic passengers to Tbilisi
May 13, two lions and a cheetah from South Africa were transported on UIA flight PS 470 from Zurich to Kiev, followed by another UIA flight PS 727 from Kiev to Tbilisi. Besides, an African civet from Tanzania was also transported by UIA on May 18. Transportation of these exotic animals was carried out under the UIA "Professional cargo solutions" program – specially accompanied airfreight of animals is just one of these solutions.
UIA expands its fleet with the fourth Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft
On May 8th a new Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft arrived at Kiev Borispol International Airport from Seattle (USA). The new Boeing is the fourth aircraft of this type to join the fleet of Ukraine International Airlines in the last ten months.

UIA sells redeemed shares
Ukraine International Airlines announced today that it had resold the shares it redeemed from former shareholder AerCap. The 32,500 shares, which make up 5.97% of the airline’s equity, have been sold to a Ukrainian investment company.
