Missing Miles Registration Request

If you have travelled with Ukraine International Airlines or a partner airlines and the miles are not shown on your statement you may send the request for miles registration online using the form below. To fill the form you should use the data from your electronic ticket (please see an example below). From the moment your request is received, miles for UIA flights will be credited within 2 weeks, miles for partner-airlines flights Austrian Airlines and TAP Portugal will be credited within 8 weeks.

Please note that flights or services used more than six months ago are not eligible for retro-registration.

Please note: If you take a flight with partner-airlines Swiss AirLines, Etihad Airways, KLM or Air France, make sure that you send the originals of the ticket and boarding passes to the Panorama Club office.

Please note: UIA charter flights are not eligible for mileage accrual.
